Orders pending for ages?
 

All my orders have started pending for ages, why is this?

Do you have any orders that have come through for you to send?

If all of your orders are pending - Amazon may be doing a review of your account.

If you mean some are pending - Amazon give a window for buyers to cancel after purchasing, or they show it pending whilst a buyer updates their payment method. For example, if someone tries to buy with an expired card, then it will pend on your account for 7 days (I think, maybe someone with more knowledge can elaborate).

How long have they been pending for so far? Do you have any emails from Amazon?

No emails from amazon as of yet
They have been pending for about a hour and some have been pending 30 mins

I've been selling for about 4 months, i have sold 11 items today and i have £1100 in the account but today earnt about £150

Maybe it's just unlucky and a few people either don't have funds in their accounts yet. I think you should wait a few more hours before worrying about it.

Items still pending and it's been about 3 hours now.

I've even tried to buy a product from another account and it's not gone through

My account was under review a week ago for not sending a item on time however they sent me this email and activated my account again

Any idea why the items may be pending? I've sold 11 items today in a short space of time - i've tracked most of them to cover myself and kept receipts to send to them if they request

There are "had reviews" and "soft reviews".

This is a soft review. All your orders will be pending for around 12-24 hours. You won't get any email and it's normally passed by the next day. It's still a velocity review but they don't last long.

My seller rating is good and i have 95% positive feedback so hopefully nothing to worry about

I've had quite a few and never had a problem although one did last 2 days. It's normally when you get a rush of orders in a short time. It should be resolved by tomorrow morning.

If your sales have spiked from the Norm, there could be a velocity Review

I wouldn't worry at all I have orders that are pending for a few days. It's either because of a nonpayment yet due to a declined card or money is being delayed in being sent to amazon. Orders aren't pushed through until payment has cleared.

A second reason could be due to volume. Depending on how much you sell daily/ monthly it affects how many orders per day you can fulfill.

u can make an easy push by selling more or call customer service
