Default Money after 90 days problem

Well, I've been suspended on 10.02.2015. and after appealing etc. I've got email from payments-investigate@amazon.com & payments-funds@amazon.com that my money will be released after 90 days.

I checked last week and upcoming payment schedule was for 13.05.2015. and that is 93 days but ok, I don't mind.

Now, I just logged in and now it says upcoming payment schedule is for 20.05.2015. ???
Will they do this to me every week or what? I need that money and I need it ASAP because I'm in some crisis and 2300$ will help me a lot...
what to do now?

Amazon usually has a fortnightly payment cycle. It usually doesn't add on a week, but it always 2 weeks. So if it did read 13th and it was not sent, then it should have changed to 27th.
I'd suggest waiting until 20th (the new Payment date you are seeing) and if nothing is released try sending an email to see when it will be released.
Just keep an eye on your Bank account too.
If you can log into the account, you will get the money.

But I need the money yesterday if you understand...
and if was scheduled for 13.05. then why is now for 20.05. ?? I've just sent them email, this is bulls**t

You can dream of getting your money yesterday.

That is of no consequence OR concern to amazon.

They do not need to care about your financial needs.

The last thing you want to do is annoy Amazon when they are holding your money. You don't want your account to be deleted.

I'd suggest you wait a little longer and if nothing then email.

If Amazon was concerned about it's sellers financial states then we'd all have retired by now

Yea, I do understand but 90 days is 90 days, it's not 100 or 101 or 102...it's their policy of 90 days and when they like to *uck us in the brain with laws and policies and user agreements and stuff, I would like then this money after *uckin 90 days

If they follow the rules when they are suspending us, they need to follow the rules when releasing the cash. Simple as that!

Amazon do what they want... Simple as that Just wait and see if the money gets released on the day they have said. then send them an email.

When you sign up, you agree to Amazon's terms of business. Their terms state that the investigation can be prolonged for longer than 90 days if they see a reason to. By emailing and annoying them at this stage, you may give them the chance to find that reason.
Your best bet is to wait for the money rather than risk losing it all after already waiting 90 days.

Now here is where your attitude will get you in proper doo-doo.

It is NOT as simple as you want it to be.

I suggest you start trying to listen and understand you may expose yourself to consequences if you annoy amazon.

And one sad consquence will be you might not get funds disbursed.

Vent here by all means.

Avoid the jack-ass attitude with amazon. They do not need you.

Amazon say 90 days but it can be anything from 90 days to whenever they feel like it.

When did they send that last email?

After 90 days your account is reviewed. Usually disbursement then comes on the next disbursement date.
