Problem with 180 days withdraw

Hi,
in my calculation today has to be 180 day after my account was limited and i can withdraw funds, but is not.
On 13 September 2010 my account was suspended with this message:

We've noticed some unusual activity in your eBay and PayPal accounts and would like to learn more about some of your recent account activity.

(Your case ID for this reason is PP-001-069-471-484.)

I have attached all need documents, but nothing happens.

Than on Oct,27, 2010 i receive a new message for limitation with same needed documents:

As you know, we're required to confirm your identity and your address once your PayPal account receives 2,500 EUR.

Please help us do this by providing a few pieces of information about yourself within the next 45 days. (PayPal members in the UK may not be required to provide this documentation.)

Provide a copy of one of the following:

1. Passport
2. Driver's license
3. National ID card

And, a copy of one of the following:

1. A utility bill you received within the last 6 months
2. A financial statement from within the last 6 months
3. Certificate of residence

All banks in the EU are required to collect this information from their members in order to help prevent money laundering.

Patience - or you call up Pa yp al directly. The money will be released as per my recent experience.

Do as he says either wait for an email on how to withdrawl your funds or
call them.

I called them and they did an instant transfer of 990$ to my bank account after 180 days :P

ya i have 2 accounts im waiting for. one has $1700 in it and the other has around $400. one will be up in juse and the other in july. it will make for some extra money in the summer.

Yep, now i can withdraw my funds. But there are another problem. I'm using a credit card, so i has withdrawn to it, but for more than 24 hours it's steel pending.

it can be pending for up to 48 hours i beleive. i have had that before.
