Had lost 60000$ just nearly year ago. Most in FBA stock.

Seller performance answered very general "did not pass review" without adding something like linked to account, selling counterfeit ( by the way own branded genuine product)... That email had info that they might never answer to next emails.. So they do it still.

Official status "account on hold" ( got this from phone talks with general CS)

Solicitor tried all Pre-Court ways of resolve ( just total ignore)

NO RESULTS.

Still keep getting FBA emails from EU marketplaces...

Funny stuff:

There is negative balance generated by refunds since than.

payment-investigate@amazon.co.uk told me that when we pay negative balance + fba removal fee they will release good.
I have asked for letter on headed paper confirming this... Guess what? No answer for 10 days now..

Called them and spoke to them over the phone and they issued a check for the remaining balance. I would imagine its a case by case basis depending on what you're selling. If you're getting a lot of unhappy customers complaining about the authenticity of the merchandise, and your account gets blocked, you probably won't see those funds again. But if you're clean, I'd imagine they would give you some kind of option to retrieve the funds assuming you haven't messed something up stealth wise in the process.

Yep, multiple times and didn't have an issue getting the money back from a closed account. The issue was it was a stealth account so the name/address the check was written to was not cashable. So it was still lost money, but they did send out a check.

HOW did you get Seller Performance on the phone???

I thought they were ghosts.

There are ways to cash out checks in stealth names...I have options.

Nobody ever speaks to Seller Performance on the phone, whats the phone number, this will help the forum. You say the cheque had the wrong name on it and the address was stealth. How do you know they sent a cheque. Also 3rd party cheques are cashable.

When you call, you get through to the standard CS team who will search to find you but you wont be on the system. However, they have the capability of escalating the query, to a team who will contact/respond via email. This is the team that will be able to a) see your account does exist and b) see everything they need to.

I like to think of it as either you get suspended or disabled (rather than deleted), because the latter would suggest you no longer exist, which is untrue as those in higher authority know who you are.
