Had lost 60000$ just nearly year ago. Most in FBA stock.
Seller performance answered very general "did not pass review" without adding something like linked to account, selling counterfeit ( by the way own branded genuine product)... That email had info that they might never answer to next emails.. So they do it still.
Official status "account on hold" ( got this from phone talks with general CS)

Solicitor tried all Pre-Court ways of resolve ( just total ignore)
NO RESULTS.
Still keep getting FBA emails from EU marketplaces...
Funny stuff:
There is negative balance generated by refunds since than. payment-investigate@amazon.co.uk told me that when we pay negative balance + fba removal fee they will release good.
I have asked for letter on headed paper confirming this... Guess what? No answer for 10 days now..
