Why? You can add an EIN and continue selling. It is easy enough to do.

From what I have seen, the "warnings" only happen if the item is FBA. I have had 5 things blocked and was able to appeal all but 1. It's pretty easy, especially if you have a good feedback. I stated, among other things, exactly what you are saying here- sold over 1,000 units with not a single negative on it. And the order ID ### that originally caused this problem had the feedback removed because it was invalid for these reasons: etc. etc.

You only get one EIN per person. The cost of registering multiple LLCs to have a stealth and an eBay run that what does not pencil out and is super risky.
