Im not sure but they definitely can return back to az and get full refund from us. It wont count as a-z claim.

I am not sure, but they can return it. If seen that the item is different even slightly amazon will send you a notice and may block the listing altogether. FBA is very strict as most customers believe they are buying off amazon and not a 3rd party especially when you have the buy box.

I would imagine this depends on the reason.
If item is not as described then I'd think they can, but delivery related they cannot.
Never had an A-Z claim but have had a negative feedback where customer said item wasn't as described for FBA item and Amazon wouldn't remove it.

NO. They can't file an A-to-Z claim on an FBA item. There is NO option. Doing so would be the equivalent of filing an A-to-Z on an item Amazon sold. They allow returns for ANY reason, including "My cat needs to be walked today", sometimes making exceptions even as far out as 94 days (my personal record).

On a related note, you can get nearly ANY negative feedback on FBA items removed, no matter what. Well, not removed, but struck through (same thing to your metrics though)

As stated in my previous post. A customer CAN leave a negative feedback if item is not as described, and this will NOT be removed by Amazon. Speaking from experience.

Please lookup "nearly" in your dictionary. I need to make sure the US and UK use the same definitions for English words.

Your emphasis was on the word 'any' (in capitals) and not 'nearly'. This could have caused confusion for other members.

Well, to be fair, I've had EVERY negative feedback EVER left on my AZ account removed, and we're talking DOZENS, INCLUDING those that were about items not as described, and even shipping speed, or item condition.

ANYTHING can be removed....if you know how. Just because YOU haven't figured out, doesn't mean it isn't possible.

Anyways, I'm not talking down to you, but I'm not going to tell you how because, as we have seen with the Prepaid CC's, once abused, Amazon removes the ability to use it for EVERYONE.

You'll have to figure it out on your own. Just know it's possible.

I explained in older posts how this is done, especially with a FBA accounts, its no big secret or trick. Common sense is a better way to phrase it.

Publish it and let members of the stealth board take advantage of it and it will QUICKLY be removed.

If you're talking about the same exploit I am, it's not something Amazon would like.

Many on this forum will not know how, and again, simply clearing any confusion your post may have caused other members.
If you wish to share your experiences great and let others know how it can be removed, great. If not, then it is only fair we make everyone aware that it may not be removed.

To clarify, I mean AZ would patch it, not the mods would remove it. Anyways, agreed. There is a wealth of info in old threads for those who care to look.
