According to the bank managers and notification I received:
For the Canadian banks (and their US counter parts), a personal account should only be used for PERSONAL uses. If they review your account and see that you're spending business expenses on your personal CC, or if your using your checking/saving account for business, they will suspend and close your entire account, and all sub accounts. Which was what they did for me (RBC USA).

Business accounts should be used for business. Miss matched names, miss matched check deposits, high volume of funds deposited and transfers made, large ATM withdrawal limits are just a few things many personal accounts can not handle well

Now if you are only playing with a few thousand dollars a month per personal account, no really a big deal. Up that to a day and personal accounts are not going to work as well and sometimes not at all.
