I got mine ( no Stealth ) reinstate back 2 weeks ago , i got suspend because i go over the 1% of defect rate... i have to be direct with them...1: apologize ( no matter if your fault or not) 2- make a plan-- said you be put app on cell phone to respond in less of 3h , and on every single computer you have, also you will taking pics to items and make sure condition is right before listed ... they want to hear that , no be afraid , is none to lose, if they want a "sorry" and a action plan.. well here we go...
Yup, if you are nice, take ownership of their blame, and kiss their butt with a good plan they usually reinstate you. Its when people get all crazy and threaten them they just ignore you and block you, LOL.
