Anyone who has an account that has been deleted, meaning you can no longer log into it, even afrer resetting your password.
YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY
You will need to email Customer Service several times after your 90 days is up, if you have already added your Bank Account prior to deletion you will receivie your funds after the 90 days is up.
If you were not able to add a bank account prior to deletion, you will have to email customer service SEVERAL TIMES after 90 days and they will restore access for 24 hours for you to add your Bank Account.
do you message seller support or the payment-investigate email?
So basically, payment-investigate initiated transfer that failed (expired savings account). I contacted seller support and they confirmed that the payment bounced back.
Then contacted p-investigate asking for access and they forward me to seller support and then they get back to me that the user doesn't exist.
Many, MANY people have lost all of their money after an Amazon account was deleted. Some HAVE been successful in getting their money, but most have not. And the ones who succeeded usually got an attorney involved.
Amazon has language in their user agreement that states they have the right to indefinitely withhold any monies due to you if - in their sole discretion - the items you were selling are illegal.

As you can see from my previous post , they did release the money but my bank account is expired and closed.
I wonder if anyone managed to change their banking details after the account was closed?
How can there be inactivity if amazon disbursements are deposited on a regular basis. A bank will not close an account even if there is small balance and no activity. They will first write to the account holder. Seems very odd

there is no disbursements and activity when account is deleted
So this bank account never had any activity and zero balance and the bank closed it. Which bank? Bank accounts are very rarely closed by the banks and never without written warning. Maybe the account has been frozen by a creditor.

If you can show everyone got their items and no refunds, you should get your money.
However, there is a reason you got suspended which only YOU know about.
YOUR FAULT FOR NOT HAVING A VALID BANK ACCOUNT. You had ONE SHOT and you ****ed it up. That is your fault. Now you are asking how to get a second shot at it......
And yes, you can have access to your account but not your money. You say you need it for financial filing and IRS filing.
