I had two returns said to be made in the time. Money went back from the cash that is still on hold by amazon however the actual products were never returned to me. Also the 90 days deadline was in December 2014.

Sorry to say this, but if your account is blocked for a year already, there is no chance of seeing that money again.

You must have an idea yourself of why they originally blocked you though, even if they sent no explanation email to you. What do you think this could be?

In most cases they give your money back after 90 days

That sucks. How much money was it?
Is it worth filing small claims case on it?

If you have the email that reads they will give you your money and everything is legit, you have proper gounds for a small claims case.

My cousin filed suit on them 3 times. Once, he showed them the case # and they gave him his money 24 hours later. Second, they called his bluff, he went to court, they never showed up: win by default. Third time he had to show tracking, had to show no returnns, etc. Still won. Third time was a pain because they deleted all the tracking info in his account.

Im sensing you are not telling us the whole story. They dont just delete a valid legit account with no emails They only do that if they link it to something.
Trust me, Ive been through it all. I know all the legit emails, I know all the emails they send when they just wanna keep you wasting your time. ANd I know when they just decide to up and delete an account. We cant help you when you hold back info from us.

I think there is a little confusion over suspended and deleted account. If your account is suspended, i.e. you can log in, you will 99.9% of the time get your money on the next due disbursement after 90 days.
If your account is deleted, i.e. you cannot log in and the log in screen says incorrect password please reset it is very unlikely you will ever see your money and stock if its held at a FBA centre.

I know that quite few people received money from deleted accounts but it may take more than year or even more. You just need to keep emailing them and asking when they will reimburse you the amount they owe

I would love to see the evidence, especially when they don't reply to any emails you send from a deleted account. If they don't reply to emails then they are not going to send money.

I can already disproof about "they dont reply to the deleted" accounts. They have replied to me 3 times within a period of 6 months on just 1 account, and all times stating they wont be transferring. I could post this but not gonna bother. I havent recovered deleted accounts but the person I speak with has, so I wont say that he did as I cant be certain; I am assuming he has as that's what he told me and the methods to use. And going through those threads you will see some people stating that. I am not saying it's a fact, I mentioned "some" people have just according that what I have found here on the forums

P.S. Oh and I have recovered the access to 1 of the deleted accounts. I can still log in as of today and the balance is still sitting there, so I am trying to get it for the past year.

Re: Is getting money back from Amazon possible?

Accounts are usually deleted due to fraud and in amazon terms they can keep all funds "IF" they suspect a fraud was committed. The main reason they do this is to stop multiple offenders. In law, fraud is deliberate deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain. This covers stealth accounts, counterfeit, opening a second account when amazon have closed one and many many topics.

Many old members on this forum have lost money over the years including myself and I would say less than 1% have had a positive outcome.

I like to add to your second part that usually if you cant log-in and resetting your password still wont work. Your account is on hold. They are investigating it. It happen to many of my accounts but they were back on live after a few days. Keep in mind these were not selling accounts and yes something did trigger them to get locked. I tried shipping to freight fowarders and that is a NO NO for any retailers.

You lose everything including all payment methods, addresses, and open orders you may have.
