Hi again,

Simple question : if a customer complains during the 90 days period of holding funds on suspended account, will that delay the disbursement ?

In short, No, but if the customer opens a chargeback claim and wins, Amazon will deduct the amount from the pending balance in your account. so try and handle the customer sweetly lol

if he makes an a to z or chargeback it'll be deducted from the balance and the rest disbursed at the end of 90 days

I will let amazon do their job on that case.
I am always good at customr service and i do everything i can to help them.
Since my account was suspended, i refund 2 customer because they not received their order and i have no problem with it, but this one is a special case, i don't know if he try to get the item for free or if he is really the most stupid man in the world....
So, let's make amazon work a little bit and let them decide for that case ...
it is only 20$ ..

Hey Mr 14 posts, who the hell are you and please highlight to the forum of your extensive understanding of amazon. Amazon won't delay the disbursement after suspension, any queries disputes will be deducted from the monies due to be disbursed, simple.

But when from the clear blue sky, your friend Micky, start attacking us, so far in two posts, and in both attacks he is dead WRONG! then we need to comment.

Firstly you did not pay money as then you would be subscribed member not just a junior member.

You say you are hear to learn and we all are, but giving wrong or bad advice confuses members. Not so long ago you were asking what a "vanilla card"is need I say more.
I try and help people as I have been selling on amazon over 10 years and know there systems inside out. If people want that help fair enough in not so what.

Second, not knowing what Vanilla Card is not a crime. If i do not know all the swears and the street language punks talk with, does not make me "uncool guy". What I dont know is what I dont know ...i do not have a stupid ego problem and a bullying attitude like you.

Third, the fact that you have been selling on Amazon for 10 years, does not make you a divine expert either, I have been selling on Amazon for 8 years, and i had about 8 accounts closed within that time, and I am still learning.

SUMMARY: Leave my posts alone. I do not want you to follow my posts and bully me, no time for punks like you. If there is a problem with my posts, report them to the owner of the site.

From my understanding if you bought the book your status changes from junior member to subscribed VIP.

From your attitude and manner I can see a possibility why you have have lost "8" accounts.

Obviously you are not a divine expert losing so many accounts and yes you MUST continue to learn so you don't lose anymore accounts or money in the future.

Just my opinion
