Changing Address Triggers Suspension?

If a person is moving to another state, and puts in a new address onto Amazon Seller Central, would that trigger a suspension?

Please note that it's an account that was never used, but is about to be.

Leave the address alone. Don't risk it over something so trite.

Change the address later after you get some activity on the account.

And why would anyone buy a stealth Amazon account? Not that hard to make them.

Where have you been ovidu if you are not aware that Amazon baccounts are now being sold in this very forum!, anyone who needs one can just go along there and buy what they need, it is the latest venture on here and has been asked for by many for a long long time.

The reason I wanted to change the address is that it is in another state.

I need the returns to come to the new address.

lso, what about printing "shipping from" when sending stuff to FBA?

CHRISTISUM, think about this, do people homes, move from state to state. Of course they do, why would amazon suspect otherwise. In my opinion you will be fine, nothing unusual in what you want to do.

I would make a new account with the new address rather than change the address. Any drastic changes with the user profile will raise red flags, this applies to both Amazon and eBay.

If I don't change the address, but I am shipping to FBA,
won't the "Shipping From" address be in their records and on the shipping label?

Who gives a crap where you ship from? Leave the address alone. "Ship From" the address the seller gave you. It won't hurt anything.

The problem is if you use amazon reduced shipping rates these are calculated from the shipping address it will raise a flag if not shipped from that address plus amazon have all the tracking info. I understand you can change a shipping from address when you create you FBA shipment.

In that case, just ship from a zip code adjacent to the real location, and put in a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address.

You can alter where the returns go when people request returns.
