Thank you | 1. It varies, you can have an Amazon review at any point. However, if you start slow, keep sales low while gradually increasing prices / stock, you can decrease your chances of getting a review. Don't sell more than $750 the first month if you want to play it safe. If you have a solid product and perfect feedback, I personally force the reviews so the account is even more stable afterwards.
2. It varies, but if you sell 1 item the first week, 3 items the 2nd week, you'll look less risky to amazon.
3. The reviews usually come when you start selling, get a neutral/negative review, or add bank information for disbursements.
4. I add bank information to the account once I know it will do well and has perfect feedback. Typically they will do a review when you add this information.
