amazon stealth account locked out

I created Amazon Stealth account a month ago, sold one item, and just recently yesterday I could not login, tried resetting password and still I could not get in. I called customer service and they said my account was locked and that security would be calling me within 24hours. Has this happened to anyone else? Not sure what security will be asking and it is a stealth account created by 3rd party. Any ideas or suggestions?
