Unhappy Amazon contact options.

Last month my account was suspended, I never received any notification of this however my listing were removed and I was no longer able to log in.
However I am still able to use the firestick I have with Amazon prime, so I assume that my prime account is still active.

I have sent multiple emails, chats, phone calls to amazon to try and resolve this, all I can gather is that my account is on hold pending further investigation.

I have given my bank details over the phone when asked however this did not resolve the problem. and all contacts that I do make ends up resulting in receiving an email that requests I log in to the account (which I cannot log in to) to give further information :(

What are my options here?

nothing consider it lost . If you cant login that means ur account was deleted.. there not coming back from the grave

Thats understandable however my bigger concern is that the prime account is still active, and if so will it not auto renew?

If they charge you, just claim with your credit card company for a refund as a non authorised charge.

Yup, then you get your money back AND they get a 35+ dollar charge-back fee.
