How do I contact an Amazon seller?

I bought something from amazon and it's defective, I cannot find the link to contact the seller anywhere.

Log into your account, go to your orders and the button is on the right side of the order

I think I'm gonna need step by step guidance with this, the button only appears before an order is shipped. Now there's a track package button - how do I contact the seller?

Did you purchase the item from amazon or a FBA seller? The only times you wont see contact seller button is when you purchase directly from amazon or the seller is using FBA and you purchase from them in which case you would need to contact amazon directly
