Suspended Amazon Account

I have had 4 of my sellers accounts suspended like a few others have. Today I checked my bank account which is associated with some of those suspended accounts and seen where amazon made a $1 charge to my CC. Would this be a positive sign of my funds being released?

I would think so... Usually, the $1 charges come right before they disburse. They feel safer thinking they can attach your credit card if need be.
