CC to replace prepay

Just updated my info to a new CC. Had bank update mailing address of CC yesterday to our "returns" address (PO box in NY). (Operations address is in Canada). Changed the bottom option for payment on AZ to do disbursement now instead of a week from now. Removed old card. AZ says bad CC for new card and to update info.
Re-input same info and change to disbursement scheduled for next week. Information then excepted.
Has anyone had this, and should I be ready with another card next week when the disbursement check is done again?
