Negative feedback
 

Hi, I received a negative from customer on amazon but after talking to him and explaining how the item works he replied back saying everything is ok and he is happy also told the would delete the feedback but that never happened. Already tried to contact him 3 times after that no luck. Should I call amazon regarding that ? can they delete that feedback ?

Good News! On Amazon's Headlines from the Seller Central Page, they are doing away with the Seller Feedback Rating Feature on Nov. 2, 2015. I'd wait it out and not risk calling them.

Thats NOT good news,,,,,then there may be no way of knowing if there is a small correctable problem with your product, people will simply complain directly to Amazon which could result in a suspension. A lot of times right out of the blue you will get a customer who will not contact you first with an issue with their purchase, instead they go right to the negative feedback, at least at that point as a seller you will find out about it and be able to do something about it.

Just to clarify... The Seller Rating system is being abolished, not the Seller Feedback system.

Log into seller central, go to help, contact amazon, orders, feedback then state your case " use this is a review"
