Thats NOT good news,,,,,then there may be no way of knowing if there is a small correctable problem with your product, people will simply complain directly to Amazon which could result in a suspension. A lot of times right out of the blue you will get a customer who will not contact you first with an issue with their purchase, instead they go right to the negative feedback, at least at that point as a seller you will find out about it and be able to do something about it.
