Amazon denied my debit card

Hi,

I used a Visa prepaid card to create Amazon account like 10 months ago and there was no problem with that, I never let Amazon charge my card before. But today Amazon email me saying that I was using Prepaid card and they won't let me access my account until I input a valid credit card, which is really hard to get in short time in Vietnam.

I have orders to fulfill and customers to support and I cannot access to my seller account.

Any help is much appreciated. Thank you

I'm having same issue, all the cards that previously worked aren't working anymore.

It works only for US accounts, I need for Aussie acc's. Anyway, thanks.
