Just got an email from Amazon:

Greetings from Fulfillment by Amazon,

We have received feedback indicating that units of ASIN B00XXXXXXX may be inconsistent with the description on the product’s detail page. In order to provide the best buying experience to Amazon customers, we have temporarily suspended your offer while we review. Our review will consist of an inspection of your inventory and the ASIN catalog details. During this time, the affected inventory units will be listed in an inactive status.

At the completion of this review, if we determine that your offer can be restored, we’ll remove the suspension. If additional action is required, we will update you.



What inspection? Am I getting my product back if the listing is still suspended?

They are checking to see if UPC is same/color/style/etc.
Also checking to see if f@k3 product.
If all is good, they will unblock the listing.
If the dumbass that inspects it doesn't like it, they will block the listing and you can do a removal order or fulfill the item to your customers from the AZ warehouse.
Can take anywhere from 2-20 days.

As said above, this is just a check on your products. If found to be counterfeit there is a good chance your account will be suspended/deleted. If everything matches with the ASIN you will be fine.

Just received a response from them.

We have set aside items from the inventory you have sent to our fulfillment centers because there’s a concern about the authenticity of the items listed below. We would like to work with you to resolve the concern and complete our review.

What you can do

Email seller-fba-inventory@amazon.com within 30 days and include the following:

1. Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 180 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time.
2. Your supplier’s contact information including name, phone number, address, and website.
3. Any additional details you would like us to know.

You can remove pricing information, but make sure the rest of the document is visible. You can send us a pdf, jpg, png, or gif file.


What happens next

We’ll review the information you send and get back to you with an answer within 1 business day. We may provide these items, any evidence that you provide to us in your appeal, and any other relevant information to rights holders or other third parties. Once we confirm the information you provide, the review of your selling account will be complete.

If we are unable to confirm the information you provide or determine that the items are authentic, you will be responsible for all costs related to the appeal process.

If we do not hear from you within 30 days these items may be destroyed at your expense.

Do I have to send the invoices? I just want the product back. Will they be giving it back to me?
