Default rolling reserve after rolling reserve

hi i have 2 accounts and one of account i do only fba on have sold about 60 items in total and account went into a 28 day rolling reserve on 22 october. 31st October I got email saying account has been reinstated then instantly straight away got email that its in a 28 day rolling reserve now i am furious as do i have to wait another 28 days for the rolling reserve from the 31st october.

anyway to speed up the reserve or anything.

also the account is in perfect nick in terms of metrics and its 100% fba on the account

during the reserve, you still make sales. AZ just is protecting their butts in case your product is questionable. just let it ride in less you are selling questionable items. Stopping selling will suggest to AZ that you are not a good seller and you then could be in line to be cut off.

I've had this happen to me before. I just emailed seller performance that my account was already reviewed and they took off the reserve hold right away. It seems like some kind of glitch that happens. I've had this happen more than once on the same account.

I have had this happen to me before.

Write to Amazon and tell them that you just came off a 28 day reserve and passed it, and that you don't have any more information to give them that could possibly have changed in two days.

What happened is that the bots that control Amazon put you back on a rolling reserve even though a real live person took you off.

Don't tell them that, because they might suspect you know too much about things.

Just point out directly and firmly that you just passed a 28 day review and if your account was in good standing to get off of the original 28 day review, there is no good reason for you to be put back on another one.

They will remove it and put an end to it. I have had this happen to me more times that I like to admit. And they do listen when you point it out. Again, the robotic system was triggered. They can rescind it. You just have to point it out to them nicely, but firmly.

Whats the big deal with a rolling reserve, you get your money, you can sell on amazon. Its only amazon protecting themselves from dodgy traders.
If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to lose.

i have sent following email to seller performance

To whom it may concern,


I am not sure if i have contacted the correct department but were given this email. I started selling on Amazon because of FBA and sell only items via FBA. My seller account when into a review on 22nd October 2015 i submitted in the information you asked such as inventory management etc. I received a message on 31 Oct 2015 21:24:53 GMT to say my account has been reinstated the message is below:-

Hello,

The temporary hold on the funds in your account has been removed. You can view your balance, estimated payment schedule, and reserve amount on the Payments page in the Reports section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon....t-summary.html).

We appreciate your patience during our review of your selling activity.

Sincerely,

Amazon Payments


however a few seconds later at 31 Oct 2015 21:25:38 GMT i received another message to say my account is in a review it is the same email i received on 22nd October. I am not sure why seconds later my account has gone into a review that i passed seconds earlier. so a few seconds earlier i received that the review has been completed and my account has been reinstated and seconds later receive an email to say its in a review please note this is the identical review and email i received on 22nd October 2015 when the account initially went into a review. I dont have any new information to submit to you my plans are still same and i hope to sell only by FBA so Amazon can offer the exceptional customer service. Please can you kindly look into this for me and make any corrections necessary.

Not true. I always recommend vacation mode when in review. Why keep selling if you have a chance of being suspended. Why sell when your money is held up for 28 days and then 14 days after possibly. Thats a long time to wait for money.
Plus, you dont have to worry about a bad feedaack during review. Switch to another account and let that one sit.
