Im 100% sure all the games were without right holder claims - there were numerous other sellers selling these and I've been selling them on the account for over a year without a problem.

I'm 100% sure no-one else used amazon in my family so its DEFINITELY not a linking issue.

As mentioned this was my main and only account ive been using. I never needed to create another account before this even though I was looking into doing so because I knew no-one is safe on Amz.

I fear you are right re the account deletion - the reason though is unclear.

No email has still been received from Amz. No items were ever counterfeit or fraud. Most of the games were from nintendo and small value items.

I have a feeling its go something to do with verification but all info was submitted with real info. I've been selling for over a yea though and the account was just going through re-verification.

I will look into legal options if no email from them is replied too. Can't afford to just lose 25K..

Read the info.

Your account got restored but was in a way still flagged by amazon.

Soon as there were murmurs from buyers, they pulled the account again.

They do that if they do not think you are squeaky clean.

I was referring to this account and the passport was used on this account - my passport with real details - so I was wondering what to do if they asked for a passport again.

I was being hypothetical - because I had thoroughly read the ghost guide in preparation for a new account and came across the ID issue but I'm telling you that this account was the only one I had - because they unsupsended the account I never needed to open a new one - see below the unsuspension email I received from the MD office on the account after we spoke on the phone - this was in August.

Dear Mr X,

Thank you for taking my call this afternoon.

At this time your account still remains under review. As soon as the reviews have been completed I will be in contact with you again to inform you of the status of your account.

We appreciate your patience in the interim.

you could be right - but all issues on the account were sorted with the cancellation rate beforehand. I have had no issues since. Feedback is 100%. ODR below 1% - just some customers receiving orders late which they have now received.

I think it may have been a verification mistake.

I submitted the bank certified letter which was approved. A week later they requested it again and I submitted it again (this was last week).

Again this letter was real with real info.

I was blocked out of the account on Sat morning too -so it would seem a bot did this because I know the verification and performance team don't work on weekends in the UK..

ok I have just checked- it seems I can log into my buyer account now and the Amazon forums

Still no access to the seller account though..

James there is something amazon don't like. Maybe GB has got it regarding your PS 4 games. If they have been bought/manufactured outside the EU then they will not be licensed for the EU market.

All the games were bought in the UK - EU tested and sealed too - I'm pretty sure its not a rights issue and there were only a few ps4 games - most of them were actually books and wii games and ds games - its highly unlikely that these types of items have rights issued involved with them. They were all well known titles too with numerous other sellers selling.

I previously sold thousands of items but recently cut it down to 300 to keep up with demand due to health problems.

if the account is closed should I still have access to the seller forums and my buyer account?

When I try to log in to the seller account now - it doesn't say the below:

There was a problem with your request
There was an error with your E-Mail/Password combination. Please try again.

It just loops back and refreshes the page when I input the correct details like its being blocked from logging in but no message appears.

James as said earlier, amazon delete accounts if they suspect fraud or complaints from a rights holder. If a customer complains usually the ASIN is blocked or possibly suspension, but never deletion.

I suspect there is more to this story than actually being told. All items sold someone owns the copyright and they are out to protect there property.

And please don't kid yourself regarding litigation against amazon.

and if an account is closed does this mean buyers can't email me anymore e.g about where their item is?

If you cannot log into your account you have access to nothing, you are DELETED.

My advice as said earlier contact managingdirector@amazon.co.uk with you story without any emotion.

Consider the account and money gone and if you do get your funds consider it a bonus.

Start a stealth account, sell very slow and different products and by March you should have an account to start with some serious sales for the Easter market.

You are probably right - I have access to the seller forums and buyer account just not the seller account

I have emailed the MD's office and waiting for a reply.

I can't afford to lose that amount of money though - especially as (as far as I'm concerned) nothing has been done wrong so will have to look at legal options.

This money is not profit at the end of the day - having invested in stock so I'm going to do all I can to get it back.

The fact that no email has been received from Amz and I have done nothing wrong is worrying - just goes to show it can happen to anyone.

Were the PS4 games actual discs in boxes or digital downloads?

The latter causes loads of account suspensions as they are basically illegal.

You are right, but after emailing Jeff, amazon told me that funds can be transfereed to my account after 90 days. my inventory in amazon have already started to send back to me.( i got £40k inventory in fulfilment centre)
AS T&C, yes, amazon can do what they like, but honestly this is something we can fight back. unless you sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗. or i may just be lucky.

What I don't understand you are an EU seller and can disburse daily, why such a large balance.

Nobody can afford to lose that amount of money and well documented in my earlier posts I lost 4 times that amount and tried I litigation and wasted another £30k plus, trust me move on. Use you energy to start selling again and making money again. Stay focused you will make lots of money on amazon.

( i got most of stock back so far, and amazon still carry on sending goods back to me)
that's why i shared my point of view, because i know people usually is hopeless when they got account deleted. after all. we have this forum and we can share some ideas which may help a little bit.

There was a 2 week hold on it because the account was being reviewed as well as verified too.

The account blocking occured on Sat morning so did a bot block the account because I know the performance team don't work on weekends..?
