Updates since the book

Ive been looking to "catch up" since the ghost book publication, honestly, it would be nice if there were a sticky to track the changes. I have a few questions:

-Is mac spoofing still required? I have heard many people refer to it as if it isnt.

-The book mentions the importance of an IP geolocated near your mailing address, however the ebay book mentioned the same and it has since turned out not to be an issue so long as it is in the same country. Is this requirement still valid for amazon accounts?

- don't need to spoof mac, maybe you don't trust me , but there are many treads about that in the forum.
- i don't know for US but in my country, the IP location is not a problem (in same country of course)

I just used a 25 miles long distance from where my IP geolocation was and had no problems.
I'm in the U.S. by the way.

Like ppthump I have been looking for an update of the book - what needs to be done to get a clean slate with amazon. Can anybody please write a short updated check list? I know the mac address is not tracked, anything else new? Anything added? Just to mention - I am creating a buyer account. Thank you so very much!
