I received below email after suspension appeal . What does it mean and what should I do?

It means exactly what is says. You can only do exactly what it says.

If the product is problematic, I personally would not waste time selling on another account and source more goods to sell.
IF the item is not problematic, I would look into opening more account and selling then.

It means you can not sell those items.

what if I delete those items? My account will be opened? Can I sell all billion items other than those few ?

Based on that email, you can still sell, just not all those items.

Then appeal and see exactly what you can do. Amazon might ask for more info etc...

give them whatever they are asking for. The email should be pretty clear.

refrain from selling those items and provide them all the info they are asking for ! over the course of 5 years of me seeling on Amazon i lost 20 plus accounts and never got any of them back ! appealing to amazon to have your account back is waste of time ! its better to move on and open new accounts to save time !

@rSot I received above message and I appeal again stating that I have deleted all the items mentioned and now please reinstate. However within 10 mins I received below message...

Copies of receipts or invoices which clearly identify the specific item(s) under review/demonstrate purchase and listing quantities/are authentic and unaltered/display required information, including supplier and buyer information, invoice date, and item(s) descriptions and quantities/were issued in the last 180 days.}



This doesn't make sense. One side they mentioned that do not list and now they need more information. what else I give? I gave all invoices.

they clearly didn't like the invoices you provided otherwise the outcome would be different.

account is already dead, you tried but they are not changing their decision

@Bul which company writes letter to amazon ? can you provide some details. wellknown.
