Ships from and sold by Amazon.com

So I have another rather large issue. I invested a good amount into a product, planning to sell primarily on amazon.

Shortly after I placed an order with a manufacturer, amazon put my item category on the prohibited list.... but still continues to sell within that category as amazon themselves. ALL brands that sold in the category now show "Ships from and Sold by Amazon.com" -

Since my order was placed a few months ago, another major brand came up in the niche... So I am assuming I could probably do the same?

So the question is - HOW does one go about having their item/brand to be "shipped and sold by amazon" ?

does amazon buy these brands out? application process? whats the deal here and who would I begin speaking to?

You will able to do this with FBA, I guess

Fulfilled By Amazon.

You'll need to become unblocked in that category. Being FBA wont help.

this category does not allow FBA sellers. they are being sold BY amazon. not sold by whomever and Fulfilled By Amazon.
