Setting up seller account on Amazon for stupid people??? help!!

I'm trying to set up a seller account on Amazon and I'm going cross-eyed!

I've completed the first part of the registration process as a Professional Seller and got approved. Now I'm at the "integration" process and I'm completely lost!

This is what the page looks like:


Register Your Application:

Application Information:

Name: (the name of your application. This is displayed on the consent screen the first time the user logs into your website or mobile app)

Description: (a description of your application for Login with Amazon users)

Privacy Notice URL: (The URL of your application's privacy policy)

Logo Image: (Optional) (This logo is displayed on the sign-in and consent screens when users login to your website or mobile app)


All I can say is.... huh???

Log out and log back in. I have no idea what you are seeing or why.
Amazon is easier than ebay.
Name, address, telephone number, email address and then tax interview.
If you have everything, it takes less than 10 minutes.

I've done all that already.

Now it keeps sending me to Amazon Seller Central and Amazon payments and telling me that I'm in Sandbox view and trying to get me to integrate with my website. (Which is my store on Bonanza).


Okay, I logged out and back in. Instead of clicking on my seller account, I clicked on sell your stuff, and it looks like it might let me list.

Maybe I'm just being too complicated. I did mention this was for stupid people!

Once you have a sellers account, you don't need to do anything else but list

The categories I want to list in (beauty and apparel) require approval.

I've sent in my invoices and now I have to wait to hear back.

Should be interesting.

I think they were trying to get me to put an Amazon payments widget on my Bonanza store. That same page kept coming up as soon as I signed in to Amazon Seller Central.

Since Yankee didn't recognize it, I figured I'd try accessing my page a different way and that worked.

I would still like to get a widget on my Bonanza page, but I think I'll leave that for another day! lol
