Setting up seller account

I am trying to set up a seller account and I get taken to a page that wants me to set up auto payment for ebay fees. Can I avoid this and if not what to do next? I haven't verified my bank with PP yet if that helps.

It's part of setting up a seller account. You have to have PP attached to it for fees. You don't have to pay with PP but you do have to have an account attached

I think I need to wait til my PP gets verified with my bank and I wont run into any probs. Thanks!
