You guys are making this complicated.

When you upgrade to business. You ADD THE BUSINESS NAME and EIN. End of story. Nothing else. Stop making it complicated.

IF you are making a business account from the begging, BUSINESS NAME AND EIN. Then use a fictitious contact name. Nothing more to it.

So Haisame, go to irs.gov and get an EIN under LLC, use your real name and address and make up your business name then when giving tax info at Amazon in the name field use your business name then put in the matching EIN and that should do it.
