Failed amazon log in with banned password. Link?

Hello I recently created a new stealth. It is very new but I made a mistake and entered my old password from a suspended account the first time I tried to log in. Of course it was a failed log in because the email was still correct but I was just wondering if this could cause a link? I would much rather just make a new stealth if there's any chance of linkage

Absolute rubbish. Amazon will not ban you on a password.

I think it's extremely far-fetched to get linked by entering in the incorrect password that was once used on a suspended account, but in the book it says reusing the same password ON an account does create a possible link... just myth?
