Can Amazon check previous card linked

Hi

I was wondering if Amazon can check previous bank card used for example I change my debit card details to another can they check the old one or not.

Was also wondering of any VCC works for Amazon UK I hears payoneer is a good one?

They can only check a card number that has been used on amazon.

No VCC works for amazon uk as of now . can get temp vcc but wont work during disbursements.
