Premium shipping Eligibility

I keep having trouble keeping my eligibility
I am shipping UPS 2 day shipping.

I think it's because I am requiring signature and some people are not available to sign. Is it considered received only when it says delivered or when UPS tries to deliver for signature?

I could drop the signature required but these are higher priced items

Yes, signature confirmation will hurt your score.

Personally I made a template for all items under $250 and ship those all without signature but I make those items the only ones available for premium shipping. That way you can keep signature on the high priced items and then once you get premium shipping approved you can re-evaluate if you want to offer the higher priced items for premium shipping.

Another way to think about it is that you have to match Amazons shipping standard. When was the last time you got an item you purchased that had signature confirmation on it?
