Default Sold some stuff on amazon, some balance is not showing, should I ship?

Ok, new amazon account. Sold 2 100$ items, and 3 5$ items. But total balance is only 112 dollars, that's after fees. So basically, my last 100 dolalr item did not show up on the balance, but Amazon shows an item sold and asking me to ship. Should I ship? What is this anyways?

Here is the email:

Subject: Review of Your Amazon.com Selling Activity

Hello,

We are reviewing your Amazon.com seller account. A reserve equal to your gross sales amount for the preceding 28 days will apply while your account is under review. Based on your order volume, the amount of the reserve may change daily.

When your account balance exceeds this reserve amount, you will be able to transfer funds based on your settlement schedule. You can view details on the Payments page in the Reports section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/...t-summary.html).

Please continue to ship orders and only list items that you can send by the expected ship date.

You can help by sending us more information about your business. Click the Appeal button next to this message on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/...fications.html) and provide the requested information.

To learn more about account reviews, search for "Velocity Limits and Account Reviews" in Seller Central Help.

We will send you an email when we have completed our review.

Ok, got a response from Amazon customer support, does this mean I should send or not? Is the money from new sales like invisible or something? It's not like Paypal where it shows pending balance? Thanks. Here's the email:

Dear Seller,

Thank you for contacting us.

From your email, I understand your concern about the payment for the sold item.

Please be informed that Generally, Amazon first settles your account balance 21 days after you register your seller account, meaning that Amazon will either initiate a payment to your bank account or charge your credit card on your settlement date. Subsequently, the settlement process repeats every 7 days.

On the Individual selling plan, you have a 7-day settlement period, but you are also subject to a 14-day reserve. This means that the money you make from a sale is reserved by Amazon for 14 days from the date the order was confirmed as shipped. Once the 14-day reserve has passed for an order, money from that order will be paid to you on your next settlement date, as long as you have a positive account balance.

For example, if you sell an item on January 1, the money from the sale will be reserved until January 15, and then payment will be initiated on your next settlement date. Please note that any fees or refunds charged to your account during the settlement period may reduce the net amount paid to you.

To receive payment, you must have the following:

- A positive seller account balance. This means that the amount of money you made from sales is greater than the amount of fees and refunds you incurred during a settlement period. You need to have a minimum of $1 in your seller account to receive payment.
- Valid bank account information in your seller account.
- Valid credit card information in your seller account.

I've also checked and see that you've not provided a valid bank account information on your account, I suggest you to update bank account information.

Further to your email regarding account review email that you received.

Please be informed that It is standard procedure for Amazon to review new selling accounts. You should receive further information within four hours of registering. If this does not happen, please write to seller-performance@amazon.com. The Amazon team who handles new seller registrations will be able to help you.

You can also click on Appeal decision to contact our performance team.

If you have any further questions or concerns regarding this, please feel free to contact us anytime and we will be more than happy to assist you at the earliest.

You're understanding and co-operation on this concern is appreciated.

Have a great day!

You need to ship the item. At some point, there will be no 14 days or seller reserves, hopefully. Amazon is excellent at paying on time or whenever you hit the balance button. Or maybe it's called available balance. When that button shows up unfogged out, you can hit it and expect payment. My payments comes in by the following day but I belong to a Credit Union
