Amazon Blocked Seller Support Email
 

I got this email about my recent suspended Amazon UK account, has anyone ever encountered an email like this?

The email address is damgaard@amazon.co.uk

My name is ++++ and I work as an account manager in the Amazon UK Seller Development Team. I am interested in discussing your blocked Amazon account and the possibility of selling on Amazon again. I can provide seller education to help explain why you were blocked in the hope to address the root causes of the issues you previously experienced on our platform.

If this is of interest, please let me know so we can discuss why you were blocked, and if you think you have made any relevant changes to your business to enable Amazon to trust you as a seller on our platform again.

This is a competitive program and there is limited space, so please do let me know if this is of interest.

never had that before. do you know the reason of your suspension previously?

My reason was low metrics due to my drop shipper supplying faulty goods, late etc.

They have offered me my legal account back but only as FBA providing I clear a negative balance.

That sounds like an amazing deal, or an amazing scam.

Whats the email address it's from? Double check it to make sure.

I spoke to a woman on the phone about a plan of action, she said they have accepted my plan, but only as FBA

My apologies, I see that now. I missed it on my first read-through.

Nothing came up on Google when I searched it, I'll have to differ to the UK experts on this situation.

But if the deal is legit, I'd take it in a heartbeat.

Hope they go through all the accounts they hastily and unfairly shut down due to their messy verification

I once received an email similar to that, but my account wasn't suspended. So be wary of their legitimacy.

OP, do let us know how this pans out...
