Amazon Blocked Seller Support Email

I got this email about my recent suspended Amazon UK account, has anyone ever encountered an email like this?

My reason was low metrics due to my drop shipper supplying faulty goods, late etc.

They have offered me my legal account back but only as FBA providing I clear a negative balance.

Whats the email address it's from? Double check it to make sure.

I spoke to a woman on the phone about a plan of action, she said they have accepted my plan, but only as FBA

My apologies, I see that now. I missed it on my first read-through.

Nothing came up on Google when I searched it, I'll have to differ to the UK experts on this situation.

But if the deal is legit, I'd take it in a heartbeat.

I once received an email similar to that, but my account wasn't suspended. So be wary of their legitimacy.
