Amazon Tax Interview Name (Stealth)

I'm creating a new Amazon account with an LLC, however, it's asking for the Signature of U.S Person.

Do I put the stealth name or my real name here? I don't want my account to get linked...

Please advise...when you get your 1080 form what name is it under, the LLC or the name you sign with?

Select multi member LLC and then call the IRS and tell them you selected the wrong LLC

Thanks for getting back to me, I put the stealth's name.

How would I go about changing this? Should I contact Amazon Support or IRS?

If you already signed then it's too late, leave it alone.

Are you sure this won't create any issues in the long run?

For example, when tax season comes along and I have to print the W-Form out and hand it to my accountant?

Doesn't matter as long as the EIN is correct. The IRS cares that the taxes get paid, that's all.

Name of the person doesn't matter. You can make up a name, I've used many before without any problems, as long as the LLC and its EIN are correct.
