On Amazon UK does anyone know why some items you return to Amazon offer a Collect Plus label and the rest of the time you use which ever courier service at your own cost. (* Amazon will give you £3.99 towards postage costs)
The reason I ask is that with Collect Plus Amazon will process the refund a few hours after the Collect Plus shop scans the return package so I get my refund processed within hours of posting.
