I see that people have emailed Jeff Bezos when all else fails with seller performance

How quick do you guys get a response and how did it turn out?

I have had an account for nearly 4 years with great metrics and it has been under review for nearly a month and I was thinking of contacting him

Give it a little more time. People do when the account deleted and in the dead end do that. Your account just under review.

Might not be Bezos actually responding....The guy is way too busy running a Multi-Million $$$$ Company over at Space-X to respond to Amazon emails, but I could be wrong.

I think these people basically sit with him and he tells them roughly what the responses to the important queries should be.

as for performance/restriction related queries, they tend to get forwarded to the seller performance team to deal with - this email / Jeff, doesn't deal with it.

these days the standard review time has increased to between 45 to 50 days.might be better to wait a few days before sending him an email

Yes this method worked out for me, I emailed a bunch of Amazon executives however I received a response from someone working under Christopher North (Amazon UK CEO)...As long as you are very polite and speak the truth they will sympathise with you and help you out.

I hope this works for you anyways!

I don't know about USA. In UK all my concerns and issues always have been handle very nicely through Managing director.

The vital thing is to make sure these are real accounts and solid proof of every aspect.

If your following it properly, you dont risk linking.

If your paranoid, get a dongle + new computer, that way it is 'physically' and technically isolated, giving you peace of mind.

If thats not enough assurance, remember, your stealth account will only go down if one of the other linked accounts goes down. Otherwise they would usually be running fine.

The purpose of my backup account would be to sell the same inventory on if the other goes down or in review for a long time. I would use 10-1 rule because I only have about 20 different items I sell
