Any advice on how to get approval for the beauty category on Amazon.com and Amazon Europe?

Extremely difficult. If you go through the application process, you'll see a few options at the end on what you can provide on the application.

Legit invoices are the best way

Beauty and Health are the most difficult categories to get approval

Recently tried this myself, its not easy. Unless you are lucky, be prepared for hours of getting documents ready and arguing with illogical amazon seller support staff.
