Amazon Account Locked!
I have an account that was recently suspended on April 28th,
a buyer filed an A to Z claim saying he never received his order. I refunded the buyer before the order ever shipped out, couple weeks later i get a message saying
"We are writing to follow up with you regarding the Guarantee Claim that was filed for order ------------------ We would ask you to issue a call tag or a return label in the interest of customer service, as you listed against a detail page that did not exactly match your item.
Please reply to this message within the next three business days and indicate whether or not you would be willing to issue a call tag or a return label. Your response is required to resolve this claim. Please note that failure to respond as requested may result in your account being debited.
how can i resolve the issue when i cant even log in, also Amazon Owe's me $50, I guess ill never see that again.
