| Swizzle | 05-19-2016 04:28 PM | How do you get professional account when they require ssn? Pro accounts require ssn how do you get around that? |
| miketyson | 05-20-2016 12:48 PM | Re: How do you get professional account when they require ssn? you have to use EIN |
| bboard | 05-23-2016 11:17 AM | Re: How do you get professional account when they require ssn? You can either use your SSN or a EIN for Tax Setup.
If you've already used your SSN on a previous account you will now need to apply for a EIN and use that. |
| slokor | 05-23-2016 03:16 PM | Re: How do you get professional account when they require ssn? EIN can be used but since those are not so easily obtained the other solution is to forego those Pro accounts altogether and just spread your sales across multiple accounts. |

| phaz0rz | 05-23-2016 05:24 PM | Re: How do you get professional account when they require ssn? ^^Also, it's pretty darn easy to "obtain" an EIN :) |

You can apply online from Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m and the process takes only about 10-20 minutes depending on how fast you are. |
Re: How do you get professional account when they require ssn? Lot of hot threads to read about the EIN Swizzle as well as the IRS website |

My experience has been that you can only obtain 1 EIN per person in your lifetime. Is there a way around this, or are you talking about something else? :noidea: |

You can get one EIN for one type of entity per day.
How many companies does Donald Trump have with his name or initials on it? It is just under 500 if you did not know. All of course have its own EIN attached.
Most major Hedge Funds(EIN) will own dozens, hundreds and even thousands of EINs and that is an entity in itself. |

These are EINs obtained under corporation, not person/sole proprietor? I've tried to get a second one under person and it didn't allow me.
Do you form the corporation first, or just pretend that the corporation exist? I've heard that if you setup EIN under corporation that doesn't exist, even though it allows you to get the EIN, within a month or two Amazon gets a wind of it somehow and shuts down your account? Is that correct? |
| alekov | 05-26-2016 04:43 PM | Re: How do you get professional account when they require ssn? Something like this:
1. Setup corporation (ex Donald LLC)
2. Obtain EIN under Donald LLC
3. Next day apply for another EIN for Donald LLC
4. Next day apply for another EIN for Donald LLC
Setup 3 different stealth accounts for Donald LLC with each EIN and different address/cc/banks, etc? |
| yankee | 05-26-2016 04:57 PM | Re: How do you get professional account when they require ssn? No, not at all. Kraft Corporation owns hundreds of other companies. Each company is its own entity just owned by Kraft.
You can only have one sole proprietor EIN but it does not make any sense to have one. Most taxed, most liability and it is you. |
| yankee | 05-26-2016 04:58 PM | Re: How do you get professional account when they require ssn? Typically you get the EIN from the IRS before registering with the state, so I guess all EINs at one point are not yet companies... |
Re: How do you get professional account when they require ssn? you can get an ein online just go to the irs website pretty simple |
| Swizzle | 05-30-2016 05:59 PM | Re: How do you get professional account when they require ssn? My ssn stealth works But add far as ein how much does allthis cost? ? |

Setup 3 different stealth accounts for Donald LLC with each EIN and different address/cc/banks, etc? | You seek professional tax advise for this.
Start by looking over the IRS site. www.irs.gov
Free to use and, surprisingly, user friendly.

You would need to file for taxes on 100 different EINs. That's insane! You still have to do things the smart way... |
Re: How do you get professional account when they require ssn? Hi, can a Non-US resident get a SSN/EIN for stealth accounts on amazon.com without having to open a LLC or sole prop. company?
Kindly throw some light. |

The SSN belongs to a unique idividual whose name is likely not on the stealth account.

| alekov | 06-08-2016 02:36 PM | Re: How do you get professional account when they require ssn? OK, I need clarification on this.
Can a single individual or single corporation have several EINs or not? Now I understand that anyone can open unlimited number of corporations, each with it's own unique EIN number. That's not my question, everyone knows that. My question is can one individual (SSN) or Corporation (with it's already assigned EIN) own several more EINs without opening new corporation for each?
Again, I'm pretty much 100% sure that ONE individual (with one SSN) CANNOT have several EIN numbers. The limit is 1 for life. I've discussed this with IRS several times.
I have not tried to do the same with a Corporation, but assume same rules apply. The messages on this thread make it sound like one Corporation can have unlimited EINs... |
| yankee | 06-08-2016 03:01 PM | Re: How do you get professional account when they require ssn? Your corp can own other LLCs and corps but it is still filing for a new LLC or Corp.
Example is Kraft owning several other brands/companies all with its own entities. Then those profits pass through to Kraft. |
| yankee | 06-08-2016 03:09 PM | Re: How do you get professional account when they require ssn? Example:
Titan Holdings Corporation
Holds:
ABC Realty Trust
Bluepond Estate LLC
Barkley Point LLC
Ronalds Sales and Marketing LLC
The profits/losses pass through to Titan Holdings. It is essentially a tax strategy and for raising unsecured capital. |
| alekov | 06-08-2016 05:06 PM | Re: How do you get professional account when they require ssn? Thank you Yankee, that's what I suspected I guess. So no, the answer is no. You need to setup many new corporations, and it's completely irrelevant who owns them, if one of them owns all the rest, or half own the other half, or me personally owns all the corporations. At the end of the day, you paid for setting up all of them, you pay for maintaining them, you pay yearly fees, and you pay for taxes, even if it's just pass through profits. :( | | All times are GMT -5.
