A-z reply said I have to provide a spanish address in 3 days or they'll charge the account for the whole amount, or in other words, they will steal my money.

I have better than email. The git opened a return case saying: "Reason for return: found it cheaper". A few days later the a-z was opened. 12 and 17 days after purchase, respectively.

sí señor. I'm not a 100% sure , but I think you have to speak the language of the site/country you are selling in so there customers understand what you are saying. Just type what ever your gonna use as a reply and then use a online translator. You could then put it in both languages.
