Default How to return foreign items?

Have this git of a buyer who wants to return an item just because they found it cheaper. Now the git opened an a-z for all sorts of defects. It was sold in amazon Spain.

A-z reply said I have to provide a spanish address in 3 days or they'll charge the account for the whole amount, or in other words, they will steal my money.

How do I go about with this?

Do you have that e-mail in writing that the buyer found it cheaper? How many days have passed since the sale?

You may want to contact Amazon seller support directly about this - keep the e-mail ready

I have better than email. The git opened a return case saying: "Reason for return: found it cheaper". A few days later the a-z was opened. 12 and 17 days after purchase, respectively.

How can I defend myself? Do I have to speak spanish?

sí señor. I'm not a 100% sure , but I think you have to speak the language of the site/country you are selling in so there customers understand what you are saying. Just type what ever your gonna use as a reply and then use a online translator. You could then put it in both languages.

Because I prefer the hassle and the loss than to be taken for a ride.

If I had to eat shit rather than sweat it out, I would just let myself be recruited into a regular job.
