Buyer opened return incorrectly EBAY CLOSED RETURN!

This might be useful to some. I sold a sweater a couple weeks ago and buyer just now opens a return request "Item Not as Described" so I would have to pay her shipping & get a defect if I accepted it.
The buyer said "quality not as described, very unlike (brand name). plus it doesn't fit!"
Clearly both are buyers remorse cases BUT I had a 14 day return so I'd still have to accept it right? WRONG!
Apparently if they open the case incorrectly you can get the case closed in your favor. So no defect, protection from negatives or neutrals, and I keep my money. WIN WIN & WIN! |
