Question about payments to az for seller fees

I have a seller account at az and there is a balance due because someone opened a case. The item is in transit but won't be there before they attempt to bill my credit card today. I'm hoping to put the charge off for a few days until the item is delivered and they cancel the claim and remove the charges. What will happen to my account when they attempt to charge and the card shows up as invalid?

I just happened to get a new card because Chase has issued the debit cards with the chip in it. It's a completely new card number. I have to add the new credit card. In the meantime, the old Chase card will be declined as invalid because it's no longer active.

Anyone know what happens to your account if your card is not processed? Can you get to your messages, etc? or are you blocked out of them until you pay? When they cancel the claim, will az adjust the amount owed or how do they process that? Not sure what happens. Thanks.
