Listing problems on Amazon Japan - need assistance

Having fits uploading spreadsheets on Amazon Japan. Using the inventory loader to do my uploading, and wondering if anyone who is already selling media stuff there (books, movies, dvd, etc.) can take a look at my spreadsheet, tell me what I am doing wrong.

Tried contacting Amazon Japan, they are even more boneheaded than North American Amazon customer support.
