I have been in this same situation since the beginning of this year. My plan wasn't accepted and I can write another one but I thought I was very through. I am sure what they want me to say to be honest :/ Hopefully someone can help us, otherwise a new account might be easier :(.

PS. I have been able to pass these in the past though so if this is your first time getting the message you may be okay.
