Amazon's recent big changes that favor the seller
I wanted to post this again, because it seems there are some that haven't read this
That changed a few months ago. 3 Important changes to favor sellers in the past few months
1) A to Z claims ruled in sellers favor do not count against your metrics
2) If you use Amazon to print a shipping label, and it show delivered but the buyer says that they did not receive it, Amazon will issue a refund to the buyer, but they do not deduct it from your seller account. Also, they will remove any negative feedback about non delivery (I have had about 10 of these so far and it also saves me on having to get signature confirmation)
3) Amazon does not count First Class mailed items against your valid tracking metrics if you don't get tracking.(which has caused my account to be suspended 3 times by a bot, and once for 3 weeks until I emailed Jeff Bezos)
