Refurbished Laptop

Hello,

I have amazon stealth account ready to use, I was thinking of buying a Refurbished laptop and connecting to Internet using a new USB dongle with a three sim card.

The laptop and USB dongle will be solely used for the stealth account only, and nothing else.

Has anyone used a refurb laptop for amazon stealth, would this be safe?
